Does this edit any vanilla records or just add new stuff? I'm asking if it is compatible with load orders that don't change building and fence locations. I think the mod description Compatiblity section says this should be fine but want to double check.
Unfortunately, I am incompetent when it comes to mesh and texture work. If someone else wants to make a patch between my port and Rally's mod, they are free to do so.
Jayserpa has a mod for petting dogs, and on their mod page they write about future plans for a larger expansion of things you can pet as a separate mod. You may want to give them a Watch!
