I think the patch may be outdated. Since Enemy Captives was updated, and I am having similar issues as another person outlined. Followers having captive dialogue, and non-followers not having it.
I use the knock out and surrender mod + enemy captive with the speech patch. It turns out that the speech option appears on one of my own followers. The follower is essential. I am not sure how this happened. Is it possible for friendly follower to surrender in battle? and then captive my own follower? I tried capture her, then there goes the enemy captive dialogue options. Now i need to dismiss and recruit her from both options to function. I am not sure whether it is the enemy captive's triggering this dialogue option or this patch.
Hi I was super thrilled to use all of those mods in conjunction, started without Immersive Speechcraft (+ the patch) and everything went well except for other reasons. So I restarted but this time with the complete modlist and the required patches, having followed the load order.. It took me a while but I noticed that in close combat, any melee hit would sort of stagger/glitch out for a couple of frames any ennemy's AI. They would sort of teleport between frozen states if/when I hit them.... Does it ring a bell for you or could it be a glitch coming from my modlist? I pinned it down to the mods/patches of yours after taking out animations and the one combat mod I use...
I do not recall encountering anything of the sort in my gameplays. I would test to reproduce what you are describing but unfortunately I am not playing the game atm. I suggest you to check out the main mod pages for answers as well. I hope you figure it out. Have fun!
