out of curiosity could this fix potentially fix NPCs that rapidly blink? For example for no reason at all - alll my npcs started blinking twice increadably fast constantly so it looks like they are having a seziure. I dont know what caused it, how to stop it, how to fix it... i never have seen this before... and its sad and game breaking and I know no one that worked on blinking other than you so how does blinking work what could cuase this and fix it? I hear its a vanilla bug but it can be made worse under the right circumstances.
I'm sorry to bring up this old comment, but did you find a solution to the problem? I have a slightly similar problem and I'm iterating over everything. For some of my followers, the animation of blinking in the closed position of the eyes or half open may freeze.
Thought I would post in case others were having the same issue. I have a lot of mods and this one would work fine on NPCs, but was not working on the player character. I tried dorking around with load orders, but that did not help. I resolved the issue by entering race menu (open console using tilde, "showracemenu"). Once the race menu was open my character started to blink. I did not need to make any changes to the character, I just saved and exited and now my character blinks as well.
This mod does not work properly with the facial expression ring. After equipping the ring, it will revert to no-blink, as in the base game. To use it again, you will have to restart the game.
BGS are really a bunch of lazy incompetent bastards. The did not manage to disable blinking while the PC was wearing a helmet. So, their solution ? Disable it altogether !

i close and open the game and it gets normal again but, how i can fix this?

Press your space bar for about 2-3 seconds and it should be re-enabled.
Cause if I have to choose between a robot blinking and a emotion human face expressions it is obvious for me that I prefer emotions..
