One thing I noticed is that the sandbox radius value from this mod is set too high, which cause the followers to wander far to an unoccupied idle marker instead of following the player. For a good reference of a lite sandbox mod, you could use Lively Followers as reference as author seems to have added some failsafe for some sandbox oddity that could happen to vanilla follower.
Ive been looking for a mod that adds follower payment options but haven't found it and was going to make it myself. Can you point me to the mod that does this? I don't use the follower framework mod its to massive and heavy for me. I was envisioning the ability to in dialog have a option to pay my follower a set amount of an additional 500 (we haven't made a lot), 1000 (Here's your share of our haul), or 2,000 (We're rich!). I was torn about making a script to have the follower ask for money once a week or whatever.. I decided as a design I just wouldn't bother, however I think it would be just so so easy to make a small script to give the follower some items following their payment like a day after such as healing potions or ingredients or arrows etc. In any case please point me at the existing mod I cant find it.
Side note - Kuddos and endorsed great mod. Was looking to make this one too and I love it when I don't have to dig in to make things.
no I saw that post on reddit ages ago. Some of those mods are not in Skyrim SE and require SKSE. All of them have 1000 functions and are very complex and I only want the 1 little feature.
Seem like the effort is not up your ally so ill make that mod... dont want to but Ive wanted that feature for ages so might as well get to it lol.

EDIT: I feel like it should be very easy, because iNPCs uses its own follower framework that is just vanilla cloned. However I can't figure it out in xEDIT.
This mod targets any NPC of the DialogueFollower quest, by inspection in xEdit. However, none of the followers of 3DNPC have a single unifying quest, save for something like DGIntimidate, but I don't know what that is and don't want to touch it. It doesn't look like an always activated quest either. Looks like someone will have to manually add a quest to identify all the followers, I guess?
Hi, I really like this mod. I was wondering if there was an option or way to tweak the sandbox radius with a mod tool to make it smaller? I've noticed that followers will often go into sandbox mode when near farmland like outside of Windhelm or they'll start to wander really far away when traveling on the road.
A good indication for how complex a mod is, is comparing files sizes. As you can see, this one is only 1 very small ESP that gives the Serana idle behaviour to all followers. The other mods does a whole lot of other s#*! AND you need to activate the behaviour through dialogue.
This is just what I was looking for, with none of the bloat NFF comes with. Only issue I have is that removing the hunting bows and arrows followers start with in xedit seems to break the sandboxing package somehow.

Would be immersive Share loot and goldwith followers. :) we want pay our soldiers daily gold. They mercenaries, but doesnt demand gold? :)

Does this only touch vanilla followers? So mods like Inigo with their own AI package can work in sync with the bad boy?
