Small fixes for mod Atlas Map Markers SE - Updated with MCM
Fix 1 - when FISS.esp is flaged as ESL, it is not detected, and preset load / save are not working. Changed the conditions in script.
Fix 2 - hardcoded name of CCO for SE have another name, so renaming of materials from CCO is not working on markers. Esp was renamed in script to correspond Complete Crafting Overhaul Remastered.
