My own quick SSE conversion, by request; it was an easy one. Tested the preset and the follower and both work great. I put up a screenshot after applying the RaceMenu preset in SSE; the textures used there are from Total Character Makeover, and I think they look fine on him.
I loaded my save where I was testing Fat Idiot Son, so Rufus photobombed Golmir this time. I think Golmir as the player character works as a frustrated dad for Rufus just as well as he works as a frustrated friend for Misty. I actually used my Golmir preset during most of my playtesting of Rufus.
When I first started playing Skyrim, a friend and I would joke about a hapless Stablehand named Sven.
Sven started being savaged by Shadowmere, chewed and kicked through a wall. Yet somehow, he started showing up at any stable in the land, constantly menaced by equine beasts and yet dutifully steering our mounts into pens. He never seemed able to die, no matter how many times a saddled bear or ill-tempered pony lunged at him.
I did love Sven, in a way. Rufus reminds me of Sven, so I can finally be followed by a total moron. Thank you.
For some reason I cannot find him, no matter how hard I look, he's nowhere to be seen. I know i downloaded the follower version, and everything checks out, im just not able to locate him. Any suggestions?

EDIT: I made Golmir from the preset and my girlfriend says he looks like Garth from Supernatural.
