Spellsong is a form of power that allow its user to manipulate elements of the Aurbis by producing special sounds in a certain order similar to the Thu'um, Sword-Singing and Green Singing. Given that it is established in the Elder Scrolls universe that sounds in the proper arrangement have power, it is crime that bards haven’t received any special powers. These abilities are unlocked by raising your bard skill level by playing your instrument and you make the song tomes at the scriptorium at the Bards College. These songs almost all affect your character and your allies. Rather than magika, using the Spellsongs is based on stamina.

This is a brief outline I may fill in with more information later.
What you need overview:
-Your image in the correct format (.dds).
-Your image in the correct size (rectangular or square).
-Rename to matching painting, then drop it in your game folder.
1. Your image must be saved as a Texture in .dds format.
(you can google this, some free programs will do this for you)
2. Your texture size depends on the picture frame you want to use.
(crop/resize your texture to fit either rectangle or square/oval frames)
