   The first two settings, fMaxSubtitleDistance and fTalkingDistance, can be edited in BethINI or can be manually put it in Skyrim.ini, while fSandBoxExtraDialogueRange game setting can be added into a plugin or mod.
   
   Don't want to input commands anyway so I'll do that.

   Works great, only that I have to re-enable it via the console command each time I load a safe game. Might be because Im using BethIni to manage my .ini config tho.

      If you find it annoying, consider using Autorun Console Commands. That did it for me.
