About this mod
Almost ENB is a ReShade preset made to look almost like an ENB. It uses HDR to produce an impressively realistic image where lights and shadows are given the upmost importance!

It has been tested with 5 different weather mods + vanilla, so it should be compatible with most if not all weather mods out there.
It is not compatible with Haze Weathers 2 though.
It has been tested with 8 different ENBs, it can be loaded on top of ENBs to enhance them greatly.
HDR provides ambient occlusion with a strong emphasis to lights and shadows. The result is vibrant but darker.
With some clicks you can change "presets" on the fly. Available "presets" are:
Default: Disable Technicolor, Technicolor2 and Vibrance
Bleaker: Enable Technicolor
Lighter (Realistic): Enable Technicolor + Technicolor2
Lighter (Vibrant): Enable Technicolor + Technicolor2 + Vibrance
Ambient Occlusion: HDR already provides ambient occlusion. If you want stronger ambient occlusion, enable MXAO.
Note that Ambient Occlusion is a complex shader that requires a lot of performance power.
Also note that ReShade's Ambient Occlusion affects the moons also and makes them look unrealistic/buggy at times, so I don't recommend it at all.
Do not change, disable/enable effects because you will ruin it and destroy the overall experience.
This mod has been extensively tested to make sure it is quality-consistent and bug-free.
Changes and alleviations from the provided setup may look good at one place but will most certainly look bugged in another situation such as weather/lighting/location changes.
INSTALLATION
If you have another ReShade preset installed, remove it completely before this step!
- Download AlmostENB from the "FILES" section and unzip it into your Skyrim folder.
- Download ReShade from reshade.me
- Run the ReShade installer
- Select "Skyrim (SkyrimSe.exe)" from the list of games
- Click on Direct 3D 10/11/12
- Select with a full checkmark the following effects (check image below...):
SweetFX by CeeJay.dk
Color effects by prod80
FXShaders by luluco250
Legacy standard effects
- When installation is finished, close the installer and launch the game.
- When the game has been loaded, press "Home" and select "AlmostENB Reshade.ini" from the drop-drown menu on the top of the ReShade window.
