A fair warning to anyone configuring this mid-game: it appears random radiant quests for some questlines are chosen immediately on starting a new save game, and won't respect your desired levels unless you've properly configured the MCM beforehand.
If you're using something like Arena Encounters Overhaul, you need to set the levels to match the mod and start a new game. Otherwise the first Trouble in Skyrim quest will send you to a level 25 vampire den.
I've just been sent by a "Rescue Mission" quest to Moldering Ruins at level 4, despite setting a minimum of 25 for vampire lairs to match the Arena EZs. I installed Radiant Requirements before starting a new game, so this shouldn't be a problem.
Mods that i suspect could conflict are: Timing is Everything, Companions Radiant Quest Requirements (this one), Reasonable Quest Rewards, and Bounties are Worthwhile (including the patch on RQR page). Though none of them seem to touch the "Rescue Mission" quest, or any radiant companions quests at all for that matter. And RR is being loaded after all mods that touch quests in any way.
I'm not sure how i can pin down what exactly caused it, zEdit didn't help, might be a script conflict.
Was looking for something that could exclude particular dungeons rather than a type. As examples, Vominheim and Hammet's Dungeon packs are radiant enabled but suggested for lvl 40+ - not much good for a level 2 to get a radiant there. At the moment I have to place dummy esps in my load order and replace the dummies with the real ones when I reach the target level.
Mod looks really promising, when I saw it, I knew I wanted to use it with Lexy's Legacy of the Dragonborn Guide, so I made a patch that fixes the incompatibilities, here: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/45442.
