There looks to be fixes made in the file that would be reverted if you let this file overwrite. So you have to pick one or the other (I suggest picking the Papyrus Stack Fix over this).
If you wanted to get rid of the menu image you could replace the DDS file with a transparent DDS image, or alternatively, create your own image of the same size as the original MCM menu art and just replace the texture at "Data\MCM\assets\interface\xpmse\res\mcm_logo.dds." You might even just be able to delete that image to prevent it from loading, although I can't say if the game would crash or not when it can't find the file.
Unfortunately, I'm probably not going to get around to making a patch or anything - I have other projects I'm working on and the permissions for the Papyrus Stack Fix are restrictive so I'd have to get permission to redistribute their assets. I might return sometime in the future and make a patch, but no guarantees.
Installing your latest version will return to the Windows 10 desktop, not immediately upon launch, but just after several minutes. Removing your mod removes the problem. It looks like a problem with SKSE64 and / or Papyrus.

Thanks for reporting this. What FOMOD installation option are you using when you experience this issue? Also, if you haven't already, please check that you are using SKSE version 2.0.19, SkyUI version 5.2 SE, XPMSSE version 4.80, and RaceMenu version 0.4.16.
Okay. Are you using this mod on a new save? It changes scripts, so may cause problems if installed on existing saves.
I’ve tried to recreate your issue on my setup, but haven’t been able to. Just to confirm, you are using the “Triple Hero Image Only” option, correct? It would look like the fourth picture in the mod page images tab.
Could you send me a link to your mod and plug-in list please? It may be helpful in finding the issue.
You could try reinstalling the mod with the same option to see if that fixes the problem. Also, if you can test to see if the issue persists when using the other options that would be helpful too.
I see that you're having issues with RaceMenu, which is a dependency for XPMSSE (https://forums.nexusmods.com/index.php?/topic/6882167-racemenu/page-595#entry90477978). This is likely the cause of your crashes as I cannot replicate your issue.
Again, please verify that you have the required dependencies for your mods and that you are using the correct versions:
XP32 Maximum Skeleton Special Extended - version 4.80
Either FNIS SE or Nemesis Unlimited Behaviour Engine
RaceMenu - version 0.4.16
SKSE - version 2.0.19
SkyUI - version 5.2SE
If anyone else can verify issues with crashes, please let me know and I will investigate further.
Anyone that works and improves XP32 deserves KUDOS brother. I have endorsed I have downloaded and I have installed and I have checked correct that it indeed works. A small mod indeed but very effective and powerful. Thank you very much indeed.
Thank you, and you're welcome! I'm glad I'm not the only one that wanted a better image. It's a small change, but it looks way better in my opinion. :)
SkyUI uses a Shockwave Flash (.swf) file for its splash screen in the MCM. The permissions for its scripts are also restricted, so I would have to replace only that file with one of the same type and name. It doesn't even come with the script source files, so I also couldn't edit the script to use a .dds image like I've used for this mod. It might be possible to do, but I'd have to learn how to create an .swf file. So no promises, but I'll take a look at doing it in the future. :)
I betcha this will be ranked as a hot mod shortly.. Just a feeling. Really cool idea. I would have never expected anyone to create improved mcm ui's... You could start a new trend or series... MCM Ui Artwork series for many mods (Beginning of a new thing).. I bet you would just get better and better and by the time we all know it, our mcm's in their entirety will be transformed with art. Good job and creative idea

Just downloaded it, and will endorse it when it lets me.
Also I will be looking forward to the random option, because they are hard to choose, there all good.

Randomizer Option - one of the three ESO images will be randomly selected to be displayed when the MCM menu is opened.(added in 1.1.0)I'm open to any feedback or suggestions!
