Did you import the nif as well? If not, load the preset then import the nif from Sculpt.
Face mismatch funkiness can happen sometimes with HPH, depending on versions and/or settings when installing (if it differs from what was used to create it). Importing the nif rectifies that.
Looks like you did not move the Face Part slider to the High Poly one. It is in the instructions. Move the Face Part slider to the right, to the high poly head. And load the NIF files in the sculpt tub.
I am still using an old version of racemenu. The face slider does not move. However, I still was able to load the NIF files in the sculpt tab and she looks quite nice.
You can't change the Face Part slider? It is supposed to be in the old RaceMenu version too. Since there is a slider that changes to vampire face, so must be added for High Poly, too.
Well, I am a bit behind in my game version and the racemenu version I am using is for SKSE 2.0.12 and the face part slider is stuck on 0. I have done some goggling about this and have seen other posters with the same problem and no solutions provided other than a poster who fixed the problem by updating to the latest version. I thought about posing the question in the racemenu thread but figured I would get nothing but exhortations to update my game.
If I were to update my game to the latest version, I would certainly get the latest version of racemenu. I have not felt the need to do so because I am satisfied with the game in its current version and there is no particular mod I want that requires an up to date game. I am probably still reluctant because those stupid Bethesda CC updates caused so much grief.
I wonder..... which version is that?I have a RaceMenu mod from 2018 maybe even 2017 (for LE) so my version of RaceMenu is not the newest for sure. Still it has the Head Part sliders.
The version I am using is 3-3 released in March of 2019. It is the one that matches the version of SKSE I am using. The only sliders that do not work under HEAD are Face Part and Mouth Part. No clue why that is so.
I have a preset that I made in 1.2 (my Evelyn preset) that works with 1.3 and 1.4. The preset was created before I had Expressive FaceGen Morphs. And it works with it no problem. So this problem does not happen in my game. I don't know...
Thank you, she is simply gorgeous, ...this brings joy to these old eyes...lol. If I played female characters, this would be my preset of choice for certain. I have the Rayya replacer downloaded and installed... but having her as a regular follower would be just grand!

Could you share what ENB and lighting setup you use?
And bijin Skin for the skin.

Look at the changelog of the mod and see there were no major changes to human races.

Thank you, Yulia.
