Improves Brand-Shei's inventory to add Morrowind/Solstheim-specific items and make it more extensive in general. Requires Dragonborn.

So he claims. Except that vanilla game Brand-Shei is a LIAR and doesn't have any Morrowind items for sale (or gems or potions for that matter). This mod fixes that and changes Brand-Shei's inventory to add Morrowind/Solstheim-specific items and makes it more extensive in general.
No new custom items are added beyond what is included in the Dragonborn DLC.
Can be ESL flagged so that it doesn't take up a place in mod maximums.
