Used TES5 Edit to create an ESP with Form 43. Standalone version. No idea if it actually works on LE though, as I do not have LE to test it on. Use at your own risk. If it works (or causes your eyes to fall out) post it in the comments to let me know.

Form 43 version of the Soldiers esp. Given how complex the CW records are for the game, this is much more likely to cause problems than the other file. BE PREPARED TO RESTORE TO A PREVIOUS SAVE IF YOUR GAME BREAKS. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK.
