    Saw my first train going by today.  Was really cool!  The only problem was the audio.  It sounds like an Atari 2600 train going by and the audio abruptly cuts off when the train enters the tunnel.  Is there a way to update or replace the train sounds to something a bit more "real"?

    Either way, love the mod.  Thanks for all the work.

      Actually o n a more serious issue - as these helpful tweaks you've implemented seem relatively minor overall, I guess our existing patches should be OK? Have blackest reaches and a few additional connections
      Thanks for sharing your great mod, was a treat to have some variety down in the Dwarven depths :)

      Blackest Reaches places clutter that blocks the entrance to the railroad station, hence the patch.

    Really enjoyed the mod and will be checking out the rest in the series. Along with general enjoyment of more dwemer content, I like that there is another lore-friendly way to travel around Skyrim in addition to the carriage system. I also found Mzarn charming: I enjoyed his dialogue and the VA performance, but did find the dialogue audio tuned a bit low.

    I don't know why some are being so cryptic about replying to people who need help getting started. I personally would not have found the Pathfinding Sphere without someone else's somewhat vague comment. There are apparently walkthroughs on YouTube? But I'd rather find the info in a few sentences over having to watch a video.

    Here is a brief guide for those who need it, along with some pointers. Spoliered just in case.

    * There are no quest markers for anything.
    * There is no pathing for your followers to accompany you on the train and clearing the uncharted tracks. They will pop up again at each station.
    * The Pathfinding Sphere is located outside the Silent City. If you look on the map, north between the Pumping Station and Hall of Rumination is the small building, Silent Ruin. The sphere is sitting in a pot with a red nirnroot. Depending on your textures, it could be difficult to see.
    * You need an empty black soul gem.
    * I can't speak for anyone else, but the game has conditioned me to think that dwemer tech requires special tools, so I was thinking there had to be a special crafting apparatus for the cube, but you can forge it at a normal blacksmith. I found it was easiest to take the Mzinchaleft lift, go to Dawnstar, craft the sphere at the forge there, and return relatively quickly. (Yes, I now see this mentioned in the description. Oops.)
    * Once you're ready to go, the only levers that matter are reverse and throttle.
    * Once you start clearing uncharted tracks, there is no indication it's clear, so be thorough, then return to pull the throttle when you're done.
    * The final uncharted track leads to the giant centurion. There has been a lot of talk in these comments about the hitbox and all that, but you don't need to hit him at all (perhaps this was changed in an update). Run around to each of the conduit towers and he will fall after 4-5 laser hits.
    * The rear of the train will also be open for you to access the private car/player home.

    Has anyone else received the error below when running dyndolod? I did ESMify this mod before installing the update. I haven't ESMified this verison yet. It doesn't seem like an error that would be caused by that.

      Talk to the Dyndolod developer, that usually is just a random error that needs to be fixed on dyndylods end

    What a waste. For as long as this mod has existed, it's still unplayable because of the elevators that teleport into the ground, on the wrong side of the stations, when this doesn't cause a CTD.

      You appear to be the only person who is encountering that, so there’s something wrong on your end. Nobody else has reported anything, I’ve never encountered any issues, and none of my testers have encountered any issues. 
      I’ll need a lot more info to troubleshoot. What version? do you have a crash log? Which stations specifically?

      edit: also, nexus mods says you’ve never downloaded this mod from here, so where are you downloading it?

      You'll notice that the only translation missing from Nexus is French. And for good reason, in France we have our own translation site ("la confrérie des traducteurs", with the modders' permission to create translations, of course).
      I'm using the French translation of Blackreach 2.0.8, and I have no doubt that the person who translated it hasn't altered the mod, but let's keep the hypothesis open if nothing matches: if there's a difference between the translated and untranslated versions, I wouldn't know. I can assure you that once the cube was crafted, the doors of the first dock elevator teleported me to the wrong place, or simply crashed my game (exactly as others have described it with older versions).

      I just went through and tested every single station and elevator again, can’t reproduce the crash or the “stuck in the ground” issue, and neither can any of my testers. Whatever the issue is, it’s caused by the French translation, so you’ll need to take it up with them.

    I keep spawning under the platform when I exit or enter a station, and the game keeps crashing when I try to explore new track (I have found 5 stations thus far).
