This last update I added some new files. Previously the red hair version did not work with wigs as I did not edit the plugin. Theknightpredator reached out and told me he made the plugin changes, so I uploaded the new files (thanks Knight!). The hair tone will now work with wigs, however, this WILL break other mods that edit the plugin (such as the hoods with hair mod), so those will need to be patched. ?Select the optional file that matches the choices you picked in the FOMOD and let it overwrite. Valerica now has red hair options, so make sure to read the instructions. And I finally got around to uploading a version of the hair fix that gives Valerica the smooth skin option. Alright, I think that is enough rambling. Hopefully, people will enjoy the new files. Thanks again to theknightpredator.
Yo everyone, I just wanted to post something here in the event that anyone happened to ask the same questions I had. I was wondering if I could change Serana's body mesh with a preset on nexus (in my case, the greek goddess one) WITHOUT changing the meshes for everyone else. Though I eventually figured how to.
Go into creation kit and load up the mod, in the "All" tab, type in "0Serana" and you'll find an "ARMA" file named "Seranadefaulttorso" or something similar. open that up, and from there you can change the meshes/body preset she will use to any you desire! Note that your .nif files for the meshes have to be in the data/meshes/actors/character pathway for CK to accept it.
For the Serana neck seam/mismatch skin color issue, after changing her skin type to less pale or cured, re-install the Serana Hood Plus Hair for Serana Re-Imagined mod. There should be different version options on install for her different skin types so just pick the one that matches what you changed her to. That fixed it for me at least. Hope this helps.
I've noticed that Nordic Faces: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/40658?tab=files, replaces serana's face texture to default. please allow this mod to overlap that mod
This is by-far the best Serana mod out there, I just wanted to say that first. I'm having an issue, though, with Serana's Less-Pale option being selected but it's seeming to only apply to her face. Her body stays the same "full pale" option. I re-installed hood plus hair and everything seems to be in order, but her body is still paler than her face. Not sure what to do from here?
Edit: Looks like it was a sneaky hidden conflict with Serana Spell Selector. Patching it didn't seem to work so I just disabled it. All good!
Hey froztee, I adore the mod, and it is always my go-to for Serana.
I made a plugin for myself to have Serana use Pandorable's Lamae's Gaze's vampire eye textures, so her eyes are more consistent with the other vampires in my world (since they have glowing eyes and Serana from this mod by default does not).
I was wondering, would it be alright if I uploaded the plugin to Nexusmods? (with credits of course <3) since the file does use some modified assets from this mod to keep her eyebrows.
The esp plugin doesn't seem to be enabling for me. The esp is checked in plugins and everything but I cannot get the facegen to appear. The body textures and meshes work fine, it is specifically only the face that isn't working and appears to be the default. I use Nordic Faces, according to the stickied post it seems that it makes Serana's face default but I deleted the NIF and dds files that affect serana within Nordic Faces and still no change. Is there a reason it's stickied? Are these mods fundamentally incompatible? Am I missing something here in regards to the sticky? Even after disabling NF it still didn't work so still not sure what to do. I deleted all the files that MO2 said was conflicting from other mods. I've tried pretty much everything I can think of and if anyone, author or otherwise, can help that would be appreciated. I can supply screenshots and modlist, tho the modlist is 1500+
Can nordic faces affect SRI's plug-in if NF doesnt have an esp file? I looked through NF's files and only found dds and nif files (along with the meta.ini file) and while there is a conflict; SRI is, on paper, overwriting NF's serana files but in game this doesn't seem to be the case. ---> https://imgur.com/93DjL3X & https://imgur.com/xqlp0GU
I am going to out myself as being out of the loop with modern modding, but I really don't know anything about Synthesis at all. That is definitely what is conflicting though.

Keep on being awesome!

How should I proceed?
If so, how do I get these head parts to overwrite over synthesis?
Please make an addon to Herika AI (Cured brunette Serana looks -> Herika) 🥺🥺
