hello, i have installed this mod and tried some others, however my blocking animation is always raising my right hand for some reason, i think the game thinks im holding a shield? does someone have an insight? i think my standard unarmed animations are from mco, which looks like elden ring's animations, and for some reason i cant change attacking and blocking animation (when vortex tells me there are conflicts, i try loading the new animations overwriting everything, and yes always run nemesis)
Also, for people wondering how install it, here is the DAR variant :
-first, download manual and unzip
-An animation is called mesh, and DAR replaces meshes based on conditions : so you want to go to your characters special folder to put animations and conditions, in my case it's C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Skyrim Special Edition\Data\Meshes\actors\character\animations\DynamicAnimationReplacer\_CustomConditions because I'm playing on steam
-you probably have a lot of folders with numbers : that is how DAR manages priorities, so you want to create a new folder with the highest number
-then go to your unzipped mod and through all subfolders until you find the _conditions.txt and the 1hm_blockidle.hkx
-copy past those files in your created folder with the highest number
I took a quick look at Advanced Unarmed Combat. It doesn't come with animations of its own, only a plugin and a couple of scripts. You could try to download AUC and test in game, then download and install my blocking animation and see if there's any difference in-game.
you don't need to run nemesis, its just an animation (.hkx) file. compatible with D.A.R or O.A.R. Nemesis PCEA version exists for those (like me) who prefer to test out their animations before putting them in D.A.R/O.A.R

Is there any kind of way to make it compatible with Advanced Unarmed Combat? It adds a toggled defensive stance option Advanced Unarmed Combat - Block and Bash at Skyrim Special Edition Nexus - Mods and Community (nexusmods.com)
