   so if I download this do I have to start a new playthrough? I would like to use this mod but I don't want to have to start over.

      No, it should work if you install it mid-game. :)
      (I don't know what happens with an uninstallation during a playthrough though.)

      I'm glad you like it! I always wondered how they could release Skyrim with such useless master spells which you can't cast in any combat because you're always interrupted until you die... XD
