This little mod should hinder enemies on staggering you while trying to cast any master spell. Why wouldn't an archmage and master of all available arcane arts be able to cast a mighty spell in mid-combat? There's nothing more frustrating than getting staggered all the time while trying to cast a ritual spell until you die or don't have any magicka anymore -- and want to kill the game...
Enter the College of Winterhold (yes, walk over the bridge and so on) to activate the scripts and have the mod become active.
