   I never realise we need a patch for this - that makes me thinking do  we need some patch for Better vampires too?

      not sure! I don't use Better Vampires but a patch wouldn't be necessary if it doesn't touch the vampire race records themselves, akin to Sacrosanct. Does your HPH revert back to the vanilla head when becoming a vampire when BV is installed?

      Hm no. I have BV since forever really but i  am certain my head does not convert to vanilla.

      i believe you--it'd be pretty noticeable if your head converted back to vanilla.
      
      should be fine without a patch then! Here's a peek under the hood at how Imperious touches the NordVampire Race record, and how this plugin forwards Flags that allow your head to stay high poly. Sacrosanct (and BV, I assume) doesn't edit Vampire Race records.

      Just realized this patch plugin effectively eliminates the need to use High Poly Head Vampire Fix.esp, since removing the "Overlay Head Part List" flag from Imperious was all that really needed to be done.

   In Requirements you have high poly head vampire fix esp as a requirement but in the description you say that this mod makes it redundant.

      Just as a note, it is indeed redundant. I'd say only use it if you use the Vanilla head (In which case, this patch is useless)

      So if we use HPH for our PC, we don't need this patch? We just continue using the vampire fix from HPH mod?

   Very useful. Solved all my problems with ugly vampire heads and I could even port forward your edits to Humanoid Vampire Lords, in my game, so I could keep my character appearance while on Beast Form.

    it works great but might have a small issue: if you install the mod first and turn by harkon later in the playthrough, your character wont have vampire eyes and skin. I have to disable this mod, load the save (which give the vampire eyes back but the hair look weird like using vanilla hair with high poly face part), and install this mod again. Now the hair look normal and the vampire eye stay. 
    Using high poly head, imperious and sacrosanct.

    this esp also works in oldrim like i just tested it and you can use it for oldrim aswell no backport needed
