Finally, the two Clock Spinning enchantments were also omitted. Is there any use for them, anyway?

    Handy for Vampires!

Cool.  It seems you forgot 'Death Shield' though.

Any chance to add an item with the enchant that improves undead turning spells?

Hello Belisauron, first of all great mod. Second don't know if anyone else is having this issue or not. I am having difficulty getting the ring of Link Magicka/Health. It is exactly where you say it is, however I cannot pick it up no matter where I stand. Any suggestions or ideas would help majorly. Thanks in advance.

Hey, so I'm not seeing the Glass Dagger of Drain Magic Resist in Highpoint Tower. I checked all over the final room, including under the lady's bed, but it's just not there. I've reloaded multiple times to try and make it show up, but have had no luck.

I don't know if this project is abandoned or not, I sure hope it isn't. Summermyst is a great mod that I feel provides a lot of variety to builds but the problem is that by the time you get the enchantments you want, you've already done most of what there is to do in the game and the process of making a unique build becomes redundant because by the time your cool synergy is completed there is little to use it on. I kinda feel like this mod also suffers from this a little bit, the fact that I have to kill miraak and finish the main campaign to get the 2 enchantments I need for my weapon is kinda dumb. Enchantments scale with your enchanting level, I don't see the point of locking even the strongest ones behind piles of quests and you can always make the guaranteed enchanted items weak in terms of their material.

Players can always just go into console and give themselves the equipment they want but I find that traveling to and clearing a dungeon for an item feels much more rewarding than just using console, the problem appears when you have to speedrun 3 hours of content just to get to that dungeon. TLDR is I think that locking items behind quest restrictions is dumb, sometimes I don't want to quickly stop by the entire dragonborn questline for a single enchantment, the alternative is spamming andromeda lover stone for an hour and a half and not getting anything (which I tried)

This mod has saved me on multiple occasions and I think that this is actually necessary to make summermyst a reliable tool for making cool builds but I think it would be a lot better if you placed some of the strongest enchantments into dragon priest lairs or something, I feel as if it would be much more fun to cheese a dragon priest at low levels than to sit through some of the most repetitive parts of the dragonborn dlc or completing the companions guild questline as an assassin.

So, I'm curious: do you think this mod would work with Immersive Jewelry? I have the patch for Summermyst and Immersive Jewelry, but a physical way of finding all of the Summermyst enchantments with the patch would make it so much easier...

I know chances are it doesn't work, but I thought I'd ask.

Does this mod still allow summermyst enchants to be in leveled lists? Or is it a complete replacer. From reading the description it seems like it adds static locations for a bunch of rarer enchants which is super cool. Great mod man!

Hi, Belisauron! I am still thinking to use or not to use Summermyst mod. Never tried it due to many imbalanced enhancements (they say). What can you say about it? You playing just for fun? (that I respect of course!) or maybe you already have some plans to make an alternative version of your mod where will be only those enhancements which more or less balanced?
I am asking because it would be nice to have reduced version and use it while delete lvl lists in summertmyst main plugin to avoid magic apocalypse in Skyrim.

I think it would be interesting to see a rebalanced version of Summermyst. Some, just some of them, might feel a bit overpowered.
I don't think it's as bad as some say though. Compared to Wintermyst or Thunderchild, it's rather well balanced, while allowing for plenty new character build options.
Hostile Npcs also have a chance to have them and use them. Not so long ago, some Forsworn set me on fire until the end of combat, I just had to run and hide in order to get rid of the fire.
Vanilla has Chaos Damage, Chillrend, Black Bow of Fate, Visage of Mzund and Windshear. I don't think Summermyst has that much to compete with those.
The most OP are: a random chane to reduce shout cooldown to 3 sec, a chance every few seconds to restore a random Attribute, and my personal favorite, a chance to cast an equipped Greater Power on hit,  and that one when enemies instanlty die if they too stay close to you for too long (almost impossible to find normally).
If you really want to be careful about balance, just avoid these few, I think. Although, Power Surge is so much fun.
You can also just look around for some difficulty mods to go with Summermyst. For me, simply using Immersive Creatures with high additional spawn numbers and difficulty seems to be doing the trick.
I also use Scarcity to reduce the chance for enchnted loot in general, so I am not that concerned about making things too easy.

Thanks for your time on answering me! Yeah, I can believe that comparing to other magic and enhancements overhauls Summermyst maybe not the worst evil but comparing to Requiem overhaul ported using this guide (warning: loverslab is NSFW website but this content is non-NSFW of course) Summermyst looks super extremely OP. It's not about limitations but it's just Requiem has the most perfectionist's approach to balance. As you can see, Requem has millions of downloads so it's not just a random mod. That's why I asked about making Your mod version with only selected by hand enchantments but since assuming you never played with Reequiem my proposition to reduce content may look strange
Well, I shared my idea, you shared interesting info, so I have what I need and maybe you will interesting Requiem too, who knows Besides Requiem will release for SSE officially this year! Even LE ported version works nice.
I found your info valuable. Thank you. But names of effects would be magnificent because I doubt that I can find them in 5 mins among all the stuff inside Summermyst plugin

If you mean the names of enchants to avoid, here they are:

Deep Breath: X% chance to reduce the cooldown of your shouts to 3 seconds.
Windfall: 3% chance per second to restore X points of Health, Magicka and Stamina.
Death Shroud: Living foes that stay within X feet too long (based on your level and their remaining Health) are slain instantly.
Power Surge: X% chance on striking to release your currently selected power.

I'm not really a perfectionist about balance. I take the middle ground between fun and challenge and I like the creative freedom of Summermyst. I am sure that removing a few most outrageous things from Summermyst is something almost anyone could do if they ever started the CK :)

This might just be a coincidence, but I find that the enchant that instakills enemies that stay close to you too long appear a lot on higher level vampires.

It is not a coincidence, it is set up like this by Enai. That enchatnent pretty much only appear on Vampire bosses.
