The legendary wSkeever, you are a good portion of my modlist. Love you man.
- I'll still accidentally hit my follower with a stray attack with a 2H greatsword - I can attack a random NPC in the tavern (Populated Skyrim Hell Edition) and they'll still get hurt - NPCs from (Faction Warfare, Vanilla, PSHE) will end up fighting to the death if they walk over a burning corpse or friendly fires an arrow on accident - I can control my followers by making them surrender, but this extension of SOS doesn't seem to be working - Could be an incompatibility, idk... My modlist is handmade with around 1200 deep
I can still damage my followers with poison (because it's not me doing the damage?). - Vanilla poison on weapon and hitting them - Odin spells like Viperbolt, Poison Nova (that one kills them really well)
Hitting followers, using other spells, Odin spells, fire damage over time, Wall of Flames, being on fire, all doesn't damage them and works correctly (probably because the damage is external).
Edit: Simple Offence Suppression MCM - Ascension Patch (without using the actual parent mod) prevents the poison damage from spells (not from weapon poison). Good enough for me.
Apparently, this mod prevents friendly NPCs and the player from hurting eachother. But what about enemy NPCs that are allied. Does in surpress them too?
I have this + Simple Offense Suppression enabled, but it isn't showing up in MCM. Plenty of other stuff shows up in MCM. I'm looking for Simple Offense Suppression or Block Friendly Fire. Is that what it appears under?
Kinda makes sense though, if you think about it. Let's say as a mage I can somehow prevent my spell from directly hurting an ally; if the spell is by nature indiscriminate (Chain Lightning/Fireball), it stands to reason there's only so much that could be done to "target" the magic.
May stupid question but does this cover Serana and Inigo/Lucien's mods.
I mean that Serana uses a lot of magic, sometimes Inigo or Lucien become hostile to Serana if her magic hits them. (I can live with that because they usually stop fighting when someone get bleedout but still it would be nice to have them not fight each other at all)
I have tried to find a solution to this but I have found this but it was for LE and if answer is yes, can you install this in the middle of playthrough or does it require a new game? (I already use SPID for armor mods for NPC)
And I already use AFT but it only covers vanilla followers i guess.
If you're using Moonlight Tales Mini (or the full version, probably), you have to turn off that mod's Wolfkin Alliance feature when fighting a wolf spirit in Ysgramor's Tomb or it'll be non-hostile and therefore invincible.

Guards can kill him too after he kills Margret.
Using the normal "Simple Offence Suppression" mod only allows us to damage Weylin.
Maybe add exceptions for npcs like Weylin from the start, without having to change the options?
The plural of "NPC" is "NPCs"

Good luck. Make sure you install the mod and turn the mod on.
I left it unchecked
I'll take some mods out and see if it works, thanks for replying king
I'm going to test that
EDIT : That fixed it, sorry for whining

Sounds like a good excuse anyway lol

for example, my summoned bone colossus accidentally hit the guard with his shout, now the guard turns hostile.
