ignoring that this comment is like half a year old for the sake of anyone in the future with this problem, check your plugins in vortex. i couldn't find him, and apparently even though the mod itself was enabled the plugin wasn't.
Even though I know what Mannimarco is like in The ESO--holy smokes!--I think he looks handsome here. Wow! A job well-done, if you ask me. I hope you create more NPCs--you've got a knack for them with the collection you already have. Honestly, I think it would be cool to see you create your take on the elf King Thranduil of Mirkwood (from J.R.R. Tolkien's world of Middle-Earth).
Also, Mannimarco looks great in-game. I'm enjoying him as my follower. Thank you for creating this. Endorsed!
I also sees that Manni is using KS hairdo retexture by ShinglesCat, pretty good hair mod but I think you need perms to share the retexture or if anything credit them *Le shrug*

Exactly, NI3R. But it requires renaming the files and putting them in the correct path route.
To use ShinglesCat's retexture, you must copy both files Leo.dds & Leo_n.dds from the route /data/textures/KS Hairdo's/ and paste them in the following folder route: /data/textures/actors/character/Mannimarco/Hair/
Then you must rename Leo.dds into Mannimarco.dds and Leo_n.dds into Mannimarco_n.dds, overwriting the current files.

Edit: I found him near the Talos shrine in Whiterun. I guess he was walking around and my eyes missed him. Lol!
