Thank you for making this, she's cute! I do have one question though and it is NOT a complaint. Are her eyes supposed to be slightly crossed inward? It doesn't look bad and gives her a bit of character but I was just wondering. Thanks again!

Thank you very much for adding a vanilla armor inlaid on the esp. I tried to ask the follower to follow me and then looked at her inventory and the armor appeared. It looks as if the .nif is not linked to the textures. Ok you get this when you esl and compound ids. Maybe you want to try to have the initlal esp version in your possession and then before you make a compounded version esl etc as well as copying the .nifs for the face also do this for the armor. Once you have compounded id and marked as esl. Then delete the .esl file of the mod and still keep the esp. Then delete the esl folders for the meshes and textures. Then copy over the backed up .nif files into the meshes again thus keeping the original ones which have the links to the textures and then run sseedit and check for errors and then flag esp as esl. I think this will fix your texture-less armor rather than only showing the mesh. I wish you well. I would try this myself but I would need the original follower mod esp (full files) not espfe or flagged esl files. I really want to see this mod complete now.
Armor is... Purple... Face is the first ever to look exactly like the pictures above and if not a cartoon... beautiful. So here is the problem... you have set the bar extremely high with this one and so we now expect things like physics to work and armor/clothing to work. As followers go, this one is worth an endorsement and... a kudos
