Hello everyone! I would like to know how to fix this that is happening to me. Some flowers remain floating in the air, but others do not. What I mean is that you look at the flower, but you don't look at the stem, as if the flowers were floating.
Had the same issue but could not resolve it by setting mountain flowers before or after the "Cathedral - 3D Pine Grass for ENB Complex Grass", Instead my solution was to open "manage rules" in "mods" section, search for mountain flowers, click on the "conflicting file" option under "Cathedral - 3D Pine Grass for ENB Complex Grass" and then choose to edit individual files, i then chose the mountain flowers dds file to take precedence and that fixed it for me.
TigerV2 Thank youuuuu. This was making me psycho. I've been slapping every applicable grass mod I find in a desperate attempt to stop grasses spilling all over the place but I've gone too far.
I'm using this mod with the Hearthfires patch, and it looks great except Yellow Mt. Flowers in planters use the old vanilla scraggly models. I'm running "Skyrim Anniversary - Growable Plants", which does not appear to have any conflicts, and "Cathedral 3D Mountain Flowers - Snowy Yellow Snowy Red-White", which I installed after noticing the problem. The flower in inventory has the model from this mod - it's just the planter that I've noticed has a problem.
Any suggestions on where I might look for a conflict? What's the mesh called? What record is it in?
It's wild that this one mod alone makes whiterun look so much better, I never even realized how many flowers there are until I had this installed, it's so vivid and colorful, always a joy to see.
Looks great, except the frosted ones show up in non-snowy regions too (looking mighty out of place) and that variant also cannot be auto-picked up on horseback (with Convenient Horses). They get ignored.
No idea whats up but they just dont show up for me. Disabled all mods but this and still only see the ugly vanilla mountain flowers, but Skykings mountain flowers mod worked fine.
All of the yellow mountain flower bugs would be fixed if this mod just just swapped it's meshes dlc01floramountainflower01.nif and dlc01floramountainflower02.nif. Vanilla Skyrim made them wrong (the 01 is the larger version), and technically this mod does it the way it should have been done in vanilla, but it messes everything up switching it like this. This is the only flower mod that does this.
One possibly stupid question, but I found out the snow covered texture is too bright. I understand that I need lightning meshes fixes but even with that it's still too bright. I'm running PG and it has an otion for enb meshes, should I disable the mod and generate parallax with that option on or the other way around? Having both I think may be the culprit of the issue, but I want to be sure. Also I have your latest version, patches and whatnot.
Edit: The not snowy on the background, the snowy on the front. The difference is very noticeable in brightness. I managed to tweaked it down playing with imaged based lightning on the enb (esentially I made everything match up in brightness then apply overall gamma on top).
Edit2: Managed to kind of fix it with tweaks here and there but imo that texture in particular is too bright imo.

Edit: NM took 4 reinstalls but they work now!
