The Northward Mod team brings you another exclusive Player Home located in the mountainous hills near Morthal. Featuring a forge, alchemist greenroom, library and a grand yet simple kitchen.. The home is situated on a hill, and doesn't require any additional questing or purchasing from the player.

The Northward Team brings you a new player home, a Medium sized cottage,
located in the great hills of Morthal.

Finding The Home:
-The Home can be found just East of Deadman's Demise located just off the road, and up the hill.
***********************************************************************************************************
-Features:
Atrium:
Complete with everything the Dragonborn needs to craft legendary armor, including armor racks, smelter, and all workbenches as needed.
Player Bedroom:
Provides enchanting table, staff enchanter and alchemy room
Undercroft:
Cells for prisoners!
(If you would like to edit this to include functionality for other mods, let me know first)

-Installation:
Unpack and place the .esp file in your Skyrim SE Data folder:
SteamApps\common\SkyrimSpecialEdition\Data
*Directories may vary depending on your system*
Or use your preferred Mod organizer
(Remember to activate the Esp.)
*If you somehow run into problems using your mod organizer, I recommend trying manual installation*
