About this mod
Edited versions of morningstar and Trua. I made these for myself but seeing as Enai's permissions are open I might as well stick them on the nexus

Gives Altmer weakness to elements
Replaces imperial exp gain with all stats base regen.
Bosmer get a small speed buff
Khajiit get a sneak buff
Redguards lose the reduced sprinting cost but get +30 base stamina
Bretons lose dragonskin and get 15% spell cost reduction
Dunmer get +30% base magicka and stamina regen but lose spite
Argonians get +50% base health regeneration
Nords lose power attack resistance and gain 25% shock resistance and 5% shout cooldown (like morrowind)
Orcs lose power attack damage and gain 10% physical damage mitigation- I need to check how this interacts with mods that increase the damge resist cap.
These changes are aimed making races more balanced relative to each other and removing effects that I felt were gimmicky. I also don't like the 8% exp gain as it isn't that useful due to skyrim's leveling and wanted bretons to be mages rather than tanks. Includes the fix from here. This mod requires the original file- it's esp flagged as esl so you ned to delete teh original esl but keep the bsa
Trua tweaks:
Increases duration to 24 hours.
Talos shrine blessing is now 6% resistances against humanoid enemies. My reasoning is Talos forged the empire by killing people so he should help you do that.
Akatosh Shrine blessing is now 8% xp gain (yes, it's boring but I'm using MLU so its useful).
Amulets buffed by 25-400% depending on how good they were already. Less Overpowered than Alex's amulets of the divines, but close.
