Love her as a follower! Just to note...I did install her mid game and she sometimes just floats off into the sky. Lol it was actually kinda funny. When I fast traveled she was there...and grounded. So just a heads up if that's because i installed her midgame.
she is a great follower really one of the best ones i have had in a long while especially in combat she rivals seranna who is one of the most aggressive followers you will get in this game. i would like to know how i could change her eyes i have tried on my own but cannot seem to do it . i don't want to change the color just use a diff blind eye cause in my game her eyes don't look like your pics with a white puple just pure white which make her look less attractive than you intended. i'm gonna keep trying even if you don't give me an answer she is too pretty to leave as is.want to say you have done a wonderful job creating her and thanks for giving us low-lifes a chance to play with her. cheers
There is a way. Apparently it is quite simple, but I personally haven't done it myself before. I would contact trustypilot284 - He does this for all his followers, so should be able to help you out: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/users/53019336
Open the ESP in SSEEdit. Right-click the mod on the left. Click "Compact FormIDs for ESL", "Yes I know what I'm doing", "Yes, I really want you to do what I told you to do". Click the "View" tab at the bottom on the right (the previous step switched you to the "Messages" tab). Double-click the "Record Flags" entry in the "Record Header" block on the right. Click the "ESL" box in the drop list. Expand "Non-Player Character (Actor)", note the new FormID for the NPC. Exit SSEEdit.
In the mod folder rename the facegeom NIF and facetint DDS to match the new FormID. Open the facegeom NIF, click on the cheek (not eyes/brow/hair), follow BSLightingShaderProperty->BSShaderTextureSet, change the file name in the next-to-next-to-last entry to match the new facetint DDS name.
[Edit: consolidate everything into one place, in case someone finds this]
Cool. Thanks for the instructions. Will make sure I try and remember to do this going forward. I am no where near my limit, which is why I never had to think/worry about it.
@MusicRoller Wouldn't this cause blackface from the FaceGen files? I did mine in CK and tested, working perfectly, albeit with just a few more steps. Still took only like a minute.
The above method doesn't work with mods that manage FaceGen files. Some extra care is required when handling follower mods, otherwise it's the dreaded black face.
esl is always > 800, as the range 000 7FF is reserved for skyrim. Important is also, the first 5 digits must be 00000 for the dds and nif. compact form ID, esl flag. open esp, write down ID, rename dds and nif, (last 3 digits), set first 5 digits to 0. Then check nif with nifscope and rename texture if needed
Immediately made a new game just for this follower massive props. First ever mod I've ever endorsed. Curiously her skin is dark elf colored for me though, any way of changing this to the skin color in your screenshots?
I am using Silent Horizons ENB and Fair Skin Textures, so probably why it looks brighter in my pics? (links on description) She is supposed to be like a banshee/undead type character... so does have darker skin than human.... Thinking of bringing out another version with skin coloured like my other followers. Just felt like doing something different this time around. Thanks for the endorsement, really appreciate it
I'll have to swap over to try that. Running Realistic Lighting Overhaul + Imaginator, a bit more realistic but I'd give up both for this follower. CBBE Curvy and 4k pure skin textures wouldn't cause color changing would it?
It is probably just one of the LUTs I am using in Silent Horizons ENB for the screenshots making her skin look lighter? Silent Horizons ENB is the best for skin textures in my opinion. Worth trying out if you haven't tried it before. Quite FPS hungry, but worth it for me. I wouldnt have thought using Pure Skin would make a lot of difference. I was using that for a little while, really nice skin texture.
hey Smaffs i second the idea of a lighter skin version had her in oldrim and she was really dark ,darker than a dark elf lol that's alot of dark isn't it!
i loved her.. still cant decide who should i replace with her i was thinking Ilia but she is a witch not undead and this followers look pretty much undead to me

Yes, we know the ESL flagging doesn't save the slot in VR. "SE" <> "VR".

It's the black version. You get various colours when you install the outfit.
