The lighting becomes dark because of ELFX Hardcore, its meant to be dark. This patch mostly just fixes a problem with the Alternate start dungeon disappearing when you have ELFX Hardcore installed or the lighting for ELFX dungeon not being used.
If you have ELFX Hardcore after Alternate Start it will cause parts of the Alternate Start dungeon to disappear. If you have Alternate Start after ELFX Hardcore then the Alternate Start dungeon wont use ELFX's lighting.
This Patch fixes both issues, just simply have it after both Alternate Start and ELFX Hardcore in your load order

Now lets just hope that ELFX Hardcore doesn't do this to other dungeons...
I have Alternate start, but I disabled ELFX.
If you have ELFX Hardcore after Alternate Start it will cause parts of the Alternate Start dungeon to disappear.
