Thanks Creation Kit. - Removed some duplicates, including part of a bridge duplicate. - Removed some clutter for better compatibility. - Reworked some of the seam coverings to use Windhelm meshes for more consistency and and a more subtle look overall. - Removed added lighting on the bridge area to play better with lighting mods. The Windhelm bridge is fragile with too many lights. - Removed some unused assets.
v1.1 - a grand stone walkway to the docks area! Fully navmeshed. See screenshots. - Some reduction of clutter and tweaking of lights to minimise flickering, guard torches notwithstanding. - bridge walkway added to upper area. New railings throughout. - swapped out some of the greybeard statues for some other things. - fixed some minor clipping.
v1 remains if you want a version without the walkway to the docks for compatibility with other mods.

Patch up in optional files. Disables CWE's bridge to the docks in favour of mine. Tweaks some objects to avoid clipping. I haven't thoroughly tested this yet.
Just found this mod after struggling for over a year with Windhelm Entrance Overhaul. You bet I'm downloading your mod! But I also found this: Windhelm Walkway , is there a chance of getting a patch? Wasn't mentioned in the compatibility section
i know, and its great. its just that the Windhelm Walkway looks better in my opinion. for now I'm just using this mod without the walkway, loading one after to kinda "force" compatibility yielded.. rather terrible results lol
Description says this is not compatible with Windhelm Bridge Overhaul (obviously). But imo Windhelm Bridge Revived is better than the other one. But probably also not compatible, I guess. Can someone make a patch?
This doesn't add snow on the bridge. That's due to the Windhelm texture mod used, which retextures the particular ground textures as snow. There's an explanation in the description on how to do it. Recommend Wizkids new Lively Windhelm Bridge mod for that and more now anyway. There's a WBT patch:
This mod is not compatible with capital expansion jks united combo. It's not needed as this combo has a good looking bridge. Capital expansion by itself might work this mod. Not sure as I don't use it.
When generating LOD, the stairs to the docks are not included and it causes a pop-in when you get close. Is this an issue with the mod or perhaps some configuration in DynDOLOD is required to make it work?
There was no duplicate bridge in this mod marked as deleted. It was simply duplicated in an early version, which is now fixed. AFAIK, all that patch does is move the sewers entrance away from the walkway. It shouldn't be touching anything else from this mod. The update hasn't changed the walkway area.
Not sure whether I ought to be using the Skyrim Sewers 4 compatibility patch because it's an ESP replacer (as opposed to an ESL-flagged ESP with a different name) and this mod has been updated twice since the SS4 compatibility patch was released back in December 2020. Letting its ESP overwrite this mod's ESP would presumably mean losing out on whatever changes you've made in the last two updates.
I like the stairs to the docks this adds, should have been a vanilla feature of Windhelm. I am seeing followers have trouble with it though; they turn around and run through the city to catch up.

Yes, I imagine its fine. It was previously an ESL flagged esp, but it makes updating the mod a bit of a pain.
