Adjusted the bridge to make Windhelm Bridge Tweaks work with Skyrim Sewers 4.
All credit goes to Atardecer and Viltuska, I just moved the bridge, steps, and platforms to work with Skyrim Sewers 4.
I also had to change a few pieces along the bridge and walkway to make it work.
This version does not require

highly recommend using Skyrim Sewers 4 with this version going forward.
This will be the version I will be updating is my personal preference.
Use one file or the other, make sure to let my ESP overwrite the original.
