Adds Letia, A standalone High Poly follower to the Frozen Hearth in Winterhold. She uses the vanilla follower framework so should be compatible with mods that are also compatible with it. Please note, if you are using a mod that also affects follower appearances (such as Wet Redux), you may end up with a neck seam since Letia uses High Poly Heads.
