Thanks for MinionMaster for his complete solution to avoid all CTDs in the Monster Mod v1.5! (you can see it in post section)
All steps of his great recipe now completely implemented in this patch, so just install it, or unpack in your Skyrim/Data folder

This small patch fixes only one single record from original Monster Mod SE:
Fine Ancient Great Sword (swordgrt2) now has the same models as (swordgrt3).
Check post section for additional information about this random CTD.
Esp file is ESL-flagged.

At this point, this hotfix contains only one file, that just fixes the purple blade on the Minotaur's axe.
Note: Immersive Weapons also fix this bug
File was taken from SkyMoMod Advanced Assets, so if you've found some other purple meshes, try to use it.
