By the looks of it, it adds stuff on the dock side of riften, so I think it should be compatible, but if use any mods that changes the docks i doubt it.
The author of Laketown - A Riften Docks expansion SSE says that his mod is designed to work with Riften Fish Market SSE and Riften Extension Southwood District.
Not sure how Sunhelm implements/edits Vanilla foods for hunger/thirst, but since this mod adds some new foods, it will probably need be patched in xEdit.
Sunhelm has a built-in system for adding new foods. Just eat anything it doesn't recognize, and an in-game menu will allow you to tell Sunhelm what the new food is.
I like those food items he sells, is it possible to make a mod that add those recipes to caco or standalone working along caco mod?
I love the cooking aspect in skyrim, but beside complex recipes with fish and so far i seen other recipes, there is barely any use for oil and vinegar ingredients and those would be cool to make some special fish recipes. Could even maybe use the fish ingredients added by improved fish to make more recipes with them and those oil and vinegar ingredients.
When using CC's Shadowfoot Sanctum though, the water will spill out behind one of the stalls, causing a slight visual bug. Nothing major and could be fixed pretty easily, maybe I'll make a patch.
Great mod! Adds a ton of immersion to Riften plus came with a nice side effect: the back entrance to Shadowfoot Sanctum makes much more sense now as you don't fall in the lake when you come outside.
I'm keeping the downloadable file as a regular esp since it adds a new cell (in the remote event someone wants to patch it in any way). For personal use it should be okay to esl-flag it with the caveats suggested by Battleninja30003 (I haven't tried personally because my ESP count is far below the limit anyway).

However the npcs arent vendors, using 1.2 version.
Both the facegen mesh files and facetint texture files.
I imagen not everyone uses the Creation Kit and in this case It's only 2 NPCs that you need to rename.
EDIT - Okay seen the issue and working on it
