The only part of this mod I'm having trouble with is arrows and crossbows. If it can be turn down somewhat so I don't get oneshot even with 500 armor that would be cool

Moderately-adept modder here, so sorry if this is a stupid question, but does anyone know if there's any reason this might conflict w/ Wildcat?

What is the difference between this mod and legendary difficulty?

One is a optional poor excuse of a "challenge" made by the creators of fallout 76

The other is an optional poor excuse of a "challenge" that wasn't made by the creators of fallout 76

I have played this mod with morrowloot, ordinator and Valhalla combat, never in my life I felt like I was playing on legendary difficulty even when I was playing on adept, the changes in armor were stupid and poorly tought out and also without some killmove immunity mod your never going to progress in the game

"Heavy armor now has more armor rating" 90% of bandits had maces or Axes and they swinged at the speed of light like their weapons were daggers and also Crossbows and bows were clear one shots

"Light armor now provides less defense but it allows the player to move faster and each peace increases magic resistance" great now use this mobility to easily maneuver around 5 bandits on a closed space,oh wait light armor is just for stealth builds now,the few 2 they hit you will be the only they need

Just spawning high level enemies in an early game area and giving them damage multipliers did not enhance my experience At all, this mod is the embodiment of what people think makes Dark souls difficult, when in reality the difficulty in souls game is still tied to your tenacity and skill, even the "easy"AKA magic build option still requires you to know when to cast your spells,I have beaten dark souls 2 and 3 with a magic build and it wasn't easy, this mod is also a paradox, found a dungeon that is difficult go explore the world, what should I do when the other place I found is also difficulty?keep exploring only to get attacked and ganged by high level enemies?also congrats on making melee followers useless

This mod is bullshit and by bullshit I mean it does exactly what I want it to.

I just don't understand how the f*#@ am I supposed to do anything in the early game if the bandits in Ember Shard Mine are all level 15+. The mod promised that heavy armor is the s#*! now which is actually fucking bullshit. You don't get one-shotted if you have full heavy armor, sure, but it doesn't fucking matter when you get surrounded by 5 assholes with two handed weapons.

    f*#@ this mod. Highly recommend.

just gonna say 2 words to any heavy armor user:

      vegetable soup

you can get all the ingredients and make a bunch of it peacefully and without leveling. let those bandits know fear of good nutrition

Very unbalanced mod, I understand the concept, but the execution is terrible. Enjoy grinding bandit camps until level 30 before doing the first mission in the main quest!

bleak fall barrows is basically untouched, even the spider fight is piss-easy, many of the draugr are all 1-shot, but some are giant bullet-sponges that 1-shot you, not to mention the last before the final draugr fight that holds the stone. you get smacked with 7~ draugr, one that summons a frost atronach and shoots ice spikes, and other bullet sponges. Level 21 and 30 draugrs.

The Deathlord jumpscare was a great addition. I enjoy being forced to run, but why muck it up with the final room! It's impossible to get the dragon stone without taking out the draugr, would a an extremely difficult 1v1 fight (and the rest of the dungeon) not be enough?!

I love this mod but I'm having issues with it, specifically I waited a while to start the main quest, now I'm level 22 and the first dragon is level 50. Could you unlevel dragons as well please?

That's what unlevelling is. Your level is irrelevant in determining the level of enemies you meet.

Well that's the issue here, my level determined the dragons level

    According to the description
any mod that changes leveled lists by adding new enemy types requires a patch. The enemies themselves also need to be buffed to be as strong as
other hostile NPCs you find in Skyrim.

Is there a list or does anyone know of new enemy mods that are compatible with Skyrim unleveled? Or have their patch?

As much as I love this mod, I hate how it limits certain builds. I am using ordinator, which overs only 2 perks to halve the cost of all destruction spells and then make them scale with the destruction level. I made an artificer build (smithing, heavy armor, crossbow, destruction (lightning), Alteration).
However it is unplayable since the spells become 250% more expensive to cast. With all my points in magicka, with major reduction to spell casting on rings and around 500 magicka, I still can only cast 3 overcharged lightning bolts and I am dry. Heck even oblivion TES4 had only a 80% effectiveness scaling on magicka in full heavy armor.

I would love it if there was an option to toggle the magicka scaling off during instalation. Or make it scale back as you achieve a high enough level.
Sadly I had to uninstall this as the playthrough was getting unplayable even at level 30.

Only one thing could be awesome to add, an MCM menu to tweak damages in a similar way that Simply Balanced do. That would be ice in the cake.

I have around 250 mods right now in my mod list. A lot of patches and bugfixes... some weapons, armors, animations and aesthetic changes but also there are true pillars for a good gameplay.

Skyrim Unleveled is one of those pillars along with SkyTweak, Vokrii, Disable Smithing Upgrades, SkyTest, Scarcity, Archery, Progressive Encumbrance, Fighting Fatigue and Valravn (modified).

Of course it is a gameplay style more crude, dangerous and realistic, far from the actual trends and Skyrim Unleveled fits in nicely.

    Endorsed.
