Version 3.0
- -NPC Weapon damage changed to 6.2-6.3
- -Draugr leveled list overhauled, high level variants have their own sublist. This is designed to help with patches for mods such as RotE to work around Morrowloot's encounter zones changes which allowed super strong dudes to spawn early on.
- -Game mechanics MGEF sounds set to silent (idk if this makes a difference)
- -Witches and hags buffed
- -High level mages/thalmor magic damage nerfed; common mages now go up to 80% extra damage
- -Flame atronach nerfed: basic version has no fireball spell
- -Dwarven automaton armor rating to 400.
- -Incoming unarmed damage from humanoids is multiplied by 3.97 so that brawls are fair now.
- -4th layer of spell cost increase only applied when wearing helmet. Mods which add armor pieces are no longer detrimental. So for regular spell cost reduction 3 pieces are counted, and the 4th piece only counts when you're wearing a helmet. I have not been able to set a condition which only targets helmets in isolation.
- -NPC magic damage perk fixed: restoration spell buff condition was missing so that boost counted for all spells, making mages deal insane damage.
- -Heavy Armor multiplier to 4.00x
- -Silver arrows/bolts buffed: arrow resist for undead no longer works with silver arrows, extra damage still applies
- -Tempering recipes for Xbows fixed (again)
- -New expert level Restoration spell added: Flare of Magnus. It fires a continuous stream of pure sunlight to sear the undead. A staff with the same spell has been added, too.
- -Vampire use spells from all three elements, instead of just the ice element.
- -Expert-level destruction spells scale on a mild exponential curve.
- -Conjuration spells scale with duration instead of magnitude.
- -Mild staff spell magnitude scaling has been implemented. The way it’s been implemented has a quirk: the boost for staff-cast spells is only visible in your inventory when you are holding a staff. In combat, however, it works 100% fine.
- -HA Spell cost base changed to 1.38 per piece.
- -Bandits have a 1/3 chance to spawn in heavy armour, per piece.
- -Turn undead enchantments and spells makes undead susceptible to unsilvered weapons. This means that you can deal full damage with your normal weapon if you have the right spell or enchantment.
- -Scaled and Dawnguard light armour provides a slight arrow resistance.
- -All derived attributes’ thresholds and descriptions have been changed for a clearer and fairer system.
- -Hevnoraak’s staff has been buffed.
- -Hevnoraak’s mask’s description has been rewritten for consistency.
- -Fixed and oversight where unsilvered weapons did not deal reduced damage against undead.
- -Fixed an error in the game mechanics where dwarven automatons would take normal damage from silver arrows instead of bodkin-tipped bolts or hardened steel arrows.
- -Fixed the double display bug for magicka regeneration as a derived attribute.
- -Fixed the extra 2 health added to the player.
- -Fixed a condition function for the spell cost debuff when low on stamina.
- -Load screen tips concerning enemy types and certain game mechanics have been added or reworded for clarity.
- -Spriggans have 20% more movement speed and their claws deal more damage over a longer duration.
- -Avulstein and friends met during the MIA quest when storming northwatch keep have been buffed so they actually stand a chance against the thalmor.
- -Falmer poison damage has been buffed.
- -Vampire melee and magic damage output has been lowered.
- -Some more dungeons have hand-placed enemies now.
- -Added a staff and spell that summons a wisp. The wisp is a creature intended to distract the player by chasing them and dealing small but not insignificant amounts of damage by a cloak spell. Wisps go down in one hit. Said staff is lootable and usable. Vampires, falmer shamans, draugr mages, dragon priests, and certain bosses can summon wisps.
- -Larger predator’s health and level increased. They were too frail as a pretty early game character could one shot them.
- -Added vampire battlemages: strong heavily armoured vampire with stronger spells and slight health regeneration.
- -Mage health buffed.
- -Spriggans drop more ingredients when killed, and their drop table has been slightly diversified.
- -Giants have more health and take half weapon damage.
- -Arch-curate Vyrthur has more health and slightly lowered damage output.
- -The sword and board keeper has the same health as his bow and warhammer brethren.
- -NPCs now benefit from the same 15% armor piercing from war axe as the player did.
- -NPC magic resistance perk has been overhauled. The base resist is now 20%, and when a mage armor spell is active this gets boosted to 40%.
- -Bodkin bolts or hardened arrows don’t work for extra AP on undead anymore, as they dealt more damage than silvered projectiles.
- -Dawnguard weapons and armor are now 15% more effective so that they’re endgame material.
- -The Soul Cairn weakness debuff has been slightly intensified.

- -All spriggans have a flat 25% damage resistance. Earth mothers had their 50% dam res perk removed because they were unkillable while regenerating.
-Gauldur brothers slightly stronger
-Malkoran's shade has same perks as dragon priest, so extra magic and damage resistance. Stronger absorb spell.
-Corrupted shades stronger
-Hag Rock Redoubt populated
-Laybrinthian populated even more (!!!)
-Vaermina cultists buffed
-Vigilant Tyranus buffed
-Seekers, lurkers and ash spawn buffed.
-Automatons weakness to frost added
-Dwarven centurion steam breath base damage increased to 150.
-Type and inconsistency of derived attribute and shrine damage buff remedied.
-Warlocks, vampires, dragon priests, forsworn and falmer shamans have a new perk which increases magic damage. All those enemies are now well in lategame territory, as they should be. Many goodies were stuffed behind warlocks and it was too easy to get to them as the player could survive two fireballs easily.
-Gauldur amulet: stamina and magicka regeneration buff removed.
-Otar's elemental resistances reduced from 40 to 30.
-Morokei mag regen bonus removed, magicka restore bonus increased.
-Dragonborn Acolyte masks Magicka restore bonus reduced to 4.
-Hevnoraak magicka fortification bonus removed.
-The player now ignores up to 40% of light armored targets' armor. This is calculated for each piece. This bonus does not hold for npcs. Bandits are as a result a lot less tanky, making early game more survivable if you can dodge well. This stacks with other Armor penetration buffs, such as maces.
-Shrine damage bonus total reduced from 20% to 10%.
