I've stopped working on this since I found a better horse model/textures that didn't even need additional patching for Immersive Horses, found here. It does not have a craftable horse barding patch, since that would require a ton of modeling tweaks that many people just dont have the time for.

MO2 is telling me that Immersive Real Horses (1.25x).esp is missing its master .esp (Immersive Horses.esp) but if I understand the description correctly I only need either the Real Horses mod or Immersive Horses alongside this mod? At the moment I have Real Horses and this mod installed.
I haven't experienced any issues as a result of the missing master esp, just would like to know if it's safe to ignore the error?
Nono, you misread it. It requires either "Real Horses" or "Swift Steeds" alongside Immersive Horses. This is a patch between Immersive Horses and either of those two mods.
Hey, I was wondering if there was anything wrong with Real Horses. Does my mod, Real Horses, break immersive horses in some way? I removed the increased speed and essential status from Real Horses and the ai seemed fine in my limited testing. I haven't really been playing Skyrim so not sure if I should update Real Horses or not and I'm somewhat curious. I tested it with the original swift steeds/immersive horses patch; I didn't check out your patch.
I haven't played skyrim in a bit either, but I didn't have to change anything from the original patch to make it work with your mod, if that's what you were wondering. Essentially, Immersive Horses has A.I packages that weren't being using by Swift Steeds.esp, so this mod essentially just fixes that. This is the same patch, just rebranded for Real Horses since your mod has a lot of promise :)
It doesn't work for me as it should, or maybe I'm doing it wrong. I have the Immersive Horses Mod, the Swift Steed Replacer and the Swift Steed Stables Mod. But when I buy a "modded" Horse its only marked as "temporarily mine". So the main functions of the Immersive Horses Mod, like Renaming, Whistling and so on don't work. Any suggestions, how to fix it?` edit: this Patch is loaded after all the other named mods.
