      I am not entirely sure! It may or may not conflict, I haven't tested it extensively. If you find issues between the 2 mods I'd be happy to create a patch for it.

   So this reduces max health for 8 seconds and if target mer his magicka also? Does it only work at night?

      Yes, it reduces max health for every enemy and also magicka if the enemy is Mer. It only works at night.

   Is it possible to make a patch for Skyrim Reborn Whiterun Hold ? It does alot to improve the area and I love the changes your mod makes.

   Are you able to make this mod a ESP-FE\ESL file, so it doesn't count as a plugin?

      The mod has been flagged as ESL and a patch for Legacy of the Dragonborn has been added. I'm pretty sure you can't update from an earlier version that had it as ESP to a newer version as an ESL, so keep that in mind. Let me know if there are any issues.
