    I created this merged port version because my mod Become the Dragonborn was dependent on More Draconic Dragon Aspect but since that mod was hidden no one was able to use my mod. After acquiring the permissions I was able to release the mod and merge it with my mod I hope you all enjoy.


    To test this mod quick type:
    player.forceav dragonsouls 3

    then-

    player.teachword xx01df93
    player.teachword xx01df94
    player.teachword xx01df95
    (xx represents the load number of the Dragonborn DLC in my game its 04)

    At this time you will just need to activate and use the shout to see for yourself. I wouldn't keep the save with the shout however! that's cheating! Also the quest to get it is a ton of fun and is rewarding with the shout at the end of the quest :P

    **Special Note** Please be wary of any Youtube videos from the Youtuber "Dirty Weasel" I have no idea why but he edits mod review videos to purposely make mods look bad or like they dont function at all. I would avoid his channel and any content about my mods on his channel. Instead try to give the mod a try for yourself to see if you like it. :)

    Also - Anything that has to do with flying has nothing to do with my mod. Flying is part of the Flying mod beta not apart of my mod. I integrate flying seamlessly into my mod thats it but I do not handle flying. Flying question should be directed to flying mod beta. Normal issues with flying mod beta including continuing to fly even after the power ends - just pull out a weapon and put it away to fix this if it happens to you. This happens from time to time. Overall the mod works fine no CTDs etc. I use it personally and enjoy it.

    2024, with Skyrim AE version 1.6.1.0. It works fine and the animation is really funny XD. its like ''noclip on'' .
    Joke aside, can we fix the animation ? also I kept receiving +1 septims and got -1 septims every second, is that a bug too ?

    (EDIT): +1 -1 septims comes from TrueHUD, disabled recent loots. Its will be fine. , the weird animation come from i'm not install Nemesis correctly.

    Would it be possible to make a version you can pick separately for Miraak? I would love to give them a matching style of wings and tails the same way unique dragon aspect does (sadly, unique doesn't have wings for Miraak)

    EDIT: Would a patch with the flying implemented in Vampire Lords can fly be possible too? It's the one I use for vampirelords and for consistency I'd love to be able to make it work with your mod but I haven't been able to do a patch myself :/

      Well everything is possible honestly when it comes to mods its just a matter of time. To be honest to make a version just for Miraak would be pretty easy but it also would be very very time consuming and not that it matters but youd need to duplicate all the meshes and rename them so there is a Miraak specific variety which would make the mod larger but that isnt that bad but yes it would be possible, it would be easy anyone could do it, but it would be time consuming because you have to duplicate the work 7 times for each version of the mod, update the fomod, etc etc. i dont have time atm to tackle something like this myself not for many months anyway in lue of other modding project i want to finish but i can put it on my radar but conservatively that would be low priority and maybe half a year or so away from being something i could look into.

      for your second question i assume youre talking about this mod - no patch is needed our mods work fine together. flying for my mod is totally handled by the shout. You cant shout as a vampire lord so there is no interaction or patch needed.

      1st question: Would a single pick version be possible? It would still be better than none. I tried to look into it but I can't find the names of the vanilla meshes for Miraak's Dragon Aspect, if you would know them it would be a huge help.

      2nd question: Oh I think you misunderstood what I meant about the Vampire Lords can fly mod. In it's current behavior, that mod allows you to "fly" by jumping repeatedly when you're a vampire lord which takes you into the air and plays the wing animation. For a patch idea I was suggesting allowing this behavior to also trigger when you have the wings from your draconic aspect. I looked into the mod and it currently checks if the user is under the vampire lord hovering. I tried adding another condition after an OR saying it was checking for a spell effect that had a specific keyword, created that keyword, put it on a new magic effect that I added to the spell that handles the 3rd word from dragon aspect but it doesn't work :/

      I don't know if there would be a easier, more direct way to do this.

    I use souls do things2  and ultimate shout. When i use dragon aspect my body armor removes, if i equip it the tail of the aspect disappear. It seems to only happen with miraak armor.

      They used the same armor slot to equip that armor then  - You could update that mod yourself via changing the slot the armor is assigned to to resolve it.

      The problem here is that the mod you are using it sounds like assigned amor to the "tail" slot which mean it would be incompatible with any Argonian player meaning it conflicts with the vanilla game. You can try to swap the slot to a different one like Head or something. you just have to open up my mod or that mod in xedit and edit the armor you want to show up via going to the "Armor Addon" section and the "Armor" section hit the plus sign and click on the armor. Then just change the Flags there iirc. Obviously if all that is too much work you can also just  go back to the FOMOD in my mod and install the option without a tail thats all.

      Well shucks im glad you got a solution! I wish I was more help though. Yea this has come up a couple times not too many but a couple times.. once for armor I suppose with you now its twice, and once for some* users that use Shlongs of Skyrim. I actually play a hyper realistic game (no adult mods however) so I do actually use body mods and use SoS myself but i dont have a issue and just use the lite version - im not sure what version causes a problem but one of them assigned the male member to the tail slot of the mesh if I recall right or something odd like that. so if people use the Shout and fly around naked they found their member was missing.

      If you de-schlongify all armors (function in the SoS MCM) it will stop unequipping it when using the shout with the tail until the script register the armor back. It's not a clean fix, but it'll work if you can remember to do that before using the shout.

      Reason SoS Lite doesn't is because there's no script to schlongify armors. Not sure why, but even if you're not using the "revealing armor" option, it will still register the armor, therefore unequipping armor slot and schlong slot when equipping a tail.

    Fantastic mod, easily one of my favourites ever. Just wanted to ask if there are any additional colours apart from the ones in the files already. I'd really love a white energy original draconic aspect wings.

      im like pretty sure white is a option in the optional file - I have a optional file specificall for various colors. Otherwise you could just play with the optional file meshes/textures to get a white version but yea .. that sounds sick never thought about using a white version but yea I think thats in there.

      I double checked, but there's no white energy option. How would I go about playing around with the meshes/textures to get a white full armor and wings + tail?

      honestly probs just opening the textures and either color bending the existing colors of 1 section to be a off white gradient OR just replacing the gradient with a white square. Then select the option you edited. So yea unpack the rar - go into one of the folders for the color options and then just edit the texture in there to be white. You dont actually have to edit the mesh. Then save and repack and your done.

      Thank you for the tips RE the texture recolor, it worked. The only thing that I notice is the effect colour still remains. Is there a way to change that as well?

      might be a different texture file you havent altered yet is my bet - so just white out everything maybe? There likely is one like core texture or something that needs to be changed.

      I tried whiting out everything I could, but the effect still remains. For the record, I'm noticing, 0 change in colour of the effect when I change the texture colours. I think this may be something outside of textures.

      could check the .esp - otherwise its vertex colors on the mesh

      Honestly, it's not a big deal and I really appreciate you taking the time to provide guidance. Your mod is amazing regardless of all the minor little tweaks I am asking for. I did get a nicely working combination with one of your presets! The fiery gold preset effect works nicely with gold-white textures.

      i mean feel free to host it as a mod that just requires my mod! you can earn 100% DP no reason to not put all your hard work out there for others.

    anybody know why the fireball and iceball shout are not in the mod really wanted the shouts to be a bit more ferocious

    Really cool mod, thanks for sharing it with us. I know the flying mod is a separate thing, but since comments are closed on the flying mod I wanted to ask if anyone here knows what causes the adding and subtracting a septim constantly while flying? I've been looking in xedit but maybe this is something done via script. Thanks again for your great mod Edmond!

      Actually im glad you said something. I already worked with someone to fix this for them in my discord server - BUT I DO NOT know what the cause is, I only know the solution. I dont have the issue personally and I know the source of the issue is Flying mod Beta and I know the fix but im not sure what happens to trigger this to start bugging out.

      SOLUTION:
      So like I said the bug is with flying mod beta - that said in both Flying mod beta and in my mod if this record is present I need you to go to
      > Magic Effect > AAFlyingHab

      Once there scroll down until you see a Ancient Nord amulet and a gold coin property in that spell. Delete these properties and it wont happen anymore. Should take you less then 5 min. I will force a update to this mod that will catch and fix this issue for people like you - and again im not sure why some get the issue and others like myself dont but yea... its a real thing and thats the solution. My guess is some Fly Mod Beta Script I use is different from the one you use and you use one that triggers those properties to function.

      The one that says gold and the one that says amulet in your screenshot. You guys are using a mod that i think changes the UI which i think is the issue.

      Just noticed while jumping my player glides in the air slowly before unlocking dragon aspect

      (either closing/opening skyrim or loading everything to do with flying before jump behavior overhaul fixed it)

      I just had the same issue; according to another comment in this thread, it's due to the True HUD mod for some reason. Unchecking "Enable Recent Loot Widget" in True HUD's setting fixes it.

      I just tested it in my game, and it worked.

    I just discovered this mod today and all I want to say is : thank you.

    Y'see, I'm currently working on rebuilding my modlist after getting a new gaming rig, and I'm planning to recreate the character I used to play as. An Argonian, whom I wanted to be as dragonlike as possible.

    I use the player-exclusive Brutish Argonian Male head for the headshape, HORNY/Horns Aplenty in order to give him actual dragon horns, Riverborn Argonian for the body texture, and Unique Player to make sure he's the only Argonian in the entire game with said body texture.

    I *really* wanted to make it clear that he's a Dragon in a mortal's body. My initial plan was to use that one mod that allows you to actually turn into a Dragon, and install it after coming back from Sovngarde in a way to justify that he's now able to turn into what he really is, soul-deep, but your mod is actually a much better alternative, because it actually elaborates upon an actual Shout and just feels more "lore-friendly" and seamless than actually turning into a Dragon.

    So yeah... Thank you. For this mod, for how damn easy it is to get it to work properly, and also for your Cinematic Dragon Soul Absorption mod, which actually makes devouring a Dragon's soul feel properly epic instead of having your character just, like.... Standing there.

    Hello! I wanted to let you know that your mod seems to have a conflict with Vortikai's Dragon Aspect Toggle;  I downloaded your mod and couldn't get it to work for several hours, then found Vortikai's mod deep in my load order, removed it, tried again, and your mod now functions well. Your mod already includes a toggle, which renders his mod unnecessary for these purposes anyway, but I just wanted you to know that there is a conflict.

      Absolutely yea - I detail that I now include a toggle in the video and mod page so if you use another mod doing the same thing they will compete with each other. Similar to if you use 2 textures for the same house - they will compete with one another for sure yea. There are multiple toggle mods on Nexus btw and I cant find or list them all I can only list features and then I have to leave it to the user to know not to use conflicting functionality .. but I mean I could list that mod but there are like i think 4 mods that all include toggles (That I am loosely aware of). I dont even recall the names of the others. I for now am actually just putting down a mention that you can use 2 mods doing the same thing at the same time as it pertains to toggling the power.

    can we change the name of the esp back to not having esl in it with out breaking the mod? this way the patches still work from the patch truck or were there changes in the mod it self that require the patches from the patch truck to be updated? 


    thank you for responding so quickly rereading my question I see it was too simplistic and others reading it could run into a big mess so sorry for that. I know my way around all the tools and already had the previous version properly eslified in my load so no worries there. Regarding being a little op I actually could use that in my game as I have too many mods that make the game much much harder. not complaining about that, it just makes it more fun for me after playing it for a number of years.  I responded here in this edit as nexus is (with out any errors or warnings or notifications) not processing any of my post on any mod right now. so thanks again for your quick response and I got the info I needed.

      This comment worries me. This mod will always work regardless of what name it has so you can change the name to bloop boop if you wanted, but If you change the name back to the original name your will destroy your save game permanently. The game will be fully unplayable. This is pretty well known when going from a non-esl version of a mod to a esl version - I also mentioned this in the change log. No existing patch will work because the Form ID's are all different now so that they could be compressed to make the mod esl If you use a old patch with this mod you will likely break your game completely making potentially any new game also unplayable.

      That said also my mod should come after any mod that alters the shout Dragon Aspect - I don't believe you will want any other effects or patches given that the ability now is pernment and on a toggle which might lead you to be be a little OP given there is no longer a cooldown and thats just how you are indefinitely now BUT if you want to patch I mean patch away! patches have to be made from scratch but I have open permission for patches.

      I think they may be speaking of compatibility with convenient flight, as convenient flight no longer recognizes the mod? I am getting some errors from Vortex on that as well

    i dunno why, but when i use the shout, absolutely nothing happens.

    morever the game doesn't even register it as a mod, it simply did not work

      that sounds like its not activated or sounds like maybe your on VR or something. I think my mod should work in VR but if VR only works with x specific version number then you would have to change the header version to match VR's allowed sequence.

    If like myself you don't use the flying mod just use the previous version, the new version of this mod has it as a requirement. At least as of the time of this writing

      I appreciate the feedback! But lets improve how we give feedback a little! so your comment (its totally fine its not rude your good) is not helpful because it doesn't tell me anything I offer 8 different versions of this mod and dozens of wing combinations you should say what version you were trying to use! Also its good to look at the changelog or mod page description that way you can see what the intended experience is.

      It is not my intention to force people to use flying mod beta - I always wanted and still want to offer a version that doesn't have it as a requirement that said that means out of 8 different option files I created (I made this mod 8 times in a row to udpate it), 1 of the 8 did not have its dependencies cleaned from it that's all. Now its good you said something! but you got to put more info in there and read the mod page so you can come at this with the info i need to fix it :) That said the comment above yours by Reza9892 is excellent! THAT is exactly how to come at it. They told me what file was broken they knew that wasnt my intention. Bomb way of doing it. The issue you are talking about was fixed right away due to Reza9892's feedback. I hope this helps!
