Note: There is a body scaled preset for high-fantasy body and non-scaled preset in the file. Loading preset alone may not guarantee you the look shown in the screenshots. Remember to import head preset provided in the file after loading the slider preset.If you do not want elf ears, there is a head preset with normal ears too.
Scaled body tends misalign character in animations ( Sex animation or any animation that interacts with another ).

I've also made some makeup for this character preset to work with COtR. If you wish to replicate what you see in the screenshots, you might want to get them under optional files. They are however quite subtle.
Originally wanted to add the makeup as an individual mod but I can't get it to work so I replaced some vanilla warpaints for the makeup.

Within ENB settings, under OBJECT, I recommend you to tweak these settings for glossy skin. NPC's skin may turn out too glossy under these settings depending on what skin texture you have installed , so do tweak it towards your own preference.
I also have ambient occlusion turned off.
