permissions: anyone can port, change, whatever my mods so long as they credit me, and the mod(s) are not involved in anything

*Also, sorry but I won't be doing patches for any mods I don't use; and also may not depending on whether it's something I actually know how to patch
and have the energy for.

All DLCs needed (hearthfire, dragonborn, dawnguard)

Quaint Lodge is North of Solitude, follow the main road that goes past the docks that goes uphill and winds 'around' to the west; it's literally on the snowy hill right west of Broken Oar Grotto.

inside:
-fully navmeshed for followers
-extra key right to your left on the keyholder when you enter.
-many various containers for safe storage(they should *all* be safe and are set to not respawn, whether or not they have stuff in them to begin with)
-enchanting, alchemy, cooking, and baking crafting
-a good number of weapon plaques and a couple weapon rack display cases, dagger cases (for some reason staff doesn't like the plaques so only the large display cases can be used for staff, as they are only ones that work; unfortunately seems to be same across all the housemods I've been working on)
-two mannequins, sadly they do move-but stay on their stands-and I don't know how to fix that, but as far as I've been able to tell through several playthroughs, they work just fine but let me know if there are problems and I'll try to do... something again.
-double bed for you and spouse (need a follower mod of some kind/AFT or MHiYH or something)
-three follower beds and one vampire coffin that should work for follower (need follower managing mod, same as above)
-various ingredients and items, some respawning and some not for le immersion
-three bookshelves
-most shrines for the various blessings, and two which are hidden-sort of-for reasons :)
-a fair amount of idles for followers
~note; in player bedroom, the little sideboard by the fireplace has a couple items/the flower that are 'static' so to speak; there's nothing wrong with them or anything :)

outside:
-key is by a skeleton on the ground in front of the ruined wall that the drinking area is built on, you'll have to walk around/jump down. (see images)
-journal on the ruined wall just above skeleton, by the woodcutting block
-unique fur armor and boots just cause, for le immersion
-crafting armor workbench, smelter, tanning rack, forge, sharpening wheel, another cooking pot
-the knapsack and chest are safe storage
-'stable' area for le horse
-a couple snowberry bushes to pick
-pretty scenery, great views
-one tent with bedroll (follower managing mod needed)
-a goodly amount of idles for followers
-a great 'hangout and drink like NORDs, out in the open air, none of that milkdrinking nonsense' spot overlooking the more west-ish side of the property. (No fence, don't let your followers get drunk and fall down the slope, now)
-also features a couple dragon landing spots! For, y'know, immersion.

there are no hearthfire planters or beds for kids, I think that be all??? Oh. And no stafff enchanter or freaky-spider making machine.
