The mod is basically feature complete and won't receive anymore support for the time being. It may receive a last update to fix the few issues it has too.
Instead, for a new freshened experience, check out Stormcrown, the new shouts overhaul made in collaboration with SimonMagus616.
I actually like this mod more than the recently released Stormcrown mod. Stormcrown requires you to utilize all Paarthurnax's meditations to use the shouts at their fullest, while this mod doesn't.
Keep up the good work (I mean, please don't leave this mod for the other mod)! I truly hope you'll still maintain and update this mod
I also did not like the departure from the vanilla style which I find unusual because all of his mods are very vanilla plus. Though I also like his mods shout stats more as this mod they can be pretty OP at times. The only issue I have with downloading it is the extra mod with the extra perks, wish it was just the stats and extra shouts added without perks.
Ah, so this mod alters the base damage of Unrelenting Force ! I just unlocked it, and was fairly surprised to notice that even its base form, with just one word, was already powerful enough to one-tap bandits.
I'm testing the compatibility of Forceful Tongues with SPERG and getting interesting results. SPERG only has one Perk intended for powering up Shouts, Trained Voice. According to its description it increases Shout power by 50% and duration 30%.
TL;DR FT is "compatible" with SPERG's perks but with unintended consequences that make Shouts more powerful than either mod intended them to be.
Testing with Fire Breath first word:
SPERG, No FT: 50 damage no perk, 75 with perk (I'm using Floating damage numbers to see this)
SPERG + FT: 37 no perk, 109 with perk
FT, no SPERG: 31
So, uh, it's technically compatible it just transforms +50% into +200% somehow. Because it seemed like some other perk was affecting damage I also tried it on a completely fresh character without any perks.
SPERG + FT: 31 no perk, 91 with perk
Testing duration with Aura Whisper first word:
SPERG, No FT: 10 seconds without perk, 13 with perk (duration as displayed in Magic Effect description)
SPERG + FT: 12 without perk, 16 with perk
FT, no SPERG: 10
Again, technically compatible but it seems like the FT version of Aura Whisper is being affected by some other SPERG perks that increase magic effect durations. For duration I'm guessing FT shouts probably just need to be patched with a keyword or something so the SPERG scripts know not to apply the wrong perk effects to them.

do we still need AOS patch after its update to use sound record distributor ?
