I used this on my first Vampire Assassin play through and much prefer it over the "Red leather studded Gimp" suit new Dark Brotherhood initiates get. You'll need to be a member of the Dark brotherhood to get this armour or you can give it to yourself via the console.
I've created an .esp plugin with a .BSA archive by using the meshes and textures from the Assassin Set created by Half Dead, which appeared to be his updated version of the mod, but wasn't a replacer, so, I had a bit of work to do to make it compatible as a replacer (Adding Tangent Spaces, updating skin partitions mapping the nifs to the DBArmours).
This new version was completely re-done in terms of rigging, which clears up the boot clipping and the texture blotches whilst running, adds all the fixes by the various authors mentioned in the credits.

The original mod authors don't appear to be active anymore, however, the file permissions for Half Dead's mod is pretty liberal, as long as credits go to Half Dead for the original mod. Gladly granted. This is probably one of the best shrouded armour replacements available!
I've made no other changes and just wanted to make this little Gem from the past available for everyone else to enjoy in SSE!
