Tweaked AI packages of innkeepers to stay near the bar area. Added more seats for guests. This will help with mods such as Crowded Streets which populate non-vanilla inns. Added new AI packages for residents to visit The Silver Anvil a few times a week via quest alias. Ainethach will eat lunch at the inn on weekdays and eat dinner there on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Belchimac, Lash gra-Dushnikh, and Ragnar will eat dinner there on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Other minor tweaks and improvements. Plugins uploaded after November 2024 may require Skyrim v1.6.1130 (or later) or Backported Extended ESL Support.
