Donation Points system
This mod is opted-in to receive Donation Points
Makes the player able to be fully staggered (stunned), but on a cooldown so you can't get stunlocked. It also reduces the amount of stagger you receive compared to NPCs. All of this is customizable. It is still important you have a good combat mod that doesn't spam bashes (see Recommended below).
This mod is a standalone part of a bigger hardcore combat gameplay balance overhaul intended to focus on stamina management and very tight combat. I want to focus on what Skyrim's engine is actually capable of than futilely trying to turn this game into Dark Souls.
CUSTOMIZATION Use console commands to change the values behind this mod.
set StaggerAmount to {1-10} - makes you have 10% to 100% of the NPCs that suffer. (Default: 3 which is 30%)
set StaggerCooldown to {#} - any positive integer number, sets the cooldown to that many seconds. (Default: 2 seconds)
