    Welcome to my first ever player home. This is something that I wanted to try for a very long time, so here it is, I hope you guys and gals enjoy it.
    Now go explore, there's a little more to see than shown in the images!
    The ESP have been cleaned with the SSEEdit auto clean feature.
    Big kudos to Teabag86 as always for testing, ideas and fixing the Hatchery.
    Big Kudos also to DrMonops for the buying feature.

    New in version 1.1.0

    - Added compatibility with the "Hearthfire multiple adoptions - Now with custom home support for kids and spouse" mod.
    - Added a children's room with three beds on the second floor next to the master bedroom.
    - Added a buy feature, the house is now buyable for 15.000 septims, the sign is out by the road. The key will be added to your inventory.
    - Added a bathtub.

    My only real issue with this is that for my admittedly weak laptop, there's a bit of performance problems when inside the house.

    Regardless, this is straight up just the go-to modded player house!

    hey, when i try to move here with wife and kids, the house does not count has a "family home" cuz it does not shows up as an option. all other homes function as normal. what could be causing this?

      Have you cast the "Bless Home" spell while inside?

    I've got boards that block entry to the tower and the crafting area.  After a targeted "markfordelete", I can enter the tower with no issues but the crafting area is still blocked by an invisible wall which I cannot target in the console.  I disabled this mod to see if there was another mod making an obvious change to the area but I saw nothing.  Any ideas?  Oh yeah, the key is also missing from it's known location. I had to "additem" to get that. I know my issue is not a bug in this mod so redirect me if this should be posted elsewhere.

      Activating the sign out by the road will prompt you to purchase the house, which will add the key to your inventory and remove all the boards and associated collision.

    The mannequins unequip the armor I put on them when I leave and come back to the cottage. Any fix for this? It only happens in this home.

      I've been unable to reproduce this issue. Are you using the Unofficial Skyrim Special Edition Patch? From what I recall, mannequins unequipping armor is a vanilla bug which is fixed by USSEP.

    Hello, I'm very late to this wagon, but I really want to thank you for this beautiful mod, it's very very nice.

    I noticed there are some usable deity shrines inside the house, but I couldn't find the one I normally use, the Shrine of Dibella: do you if it is possible to add it somehow?

    Having an issue where none of the harvestables are respawning eg.mushrooms, chickeneggs, hanging moss, fish hatchery (yes ive put fish in it) with the exception of the planters the player plants an item in.

      None of them are set not to respawn and I wasn't able to reproduce this myself.

      Are you using Scrambled Bugs or another mod with some type of flora respawn fix? It's worth noting planters are handled differently than other harvestables by the game.

      I am using scrambled bugs, I figured planters were handled different. I did have one instance were things were respawned when I got into the game but they then disappeared when I loaded into then out of the house. My fish hatchery also did seem to be working for a few real world days which was nice for getting salmon roe but does seem to have broke again.  I'm not sure what other info I may be able to provide in replicating this (I'm relatively new to modding skyrim) but if you suggest stuff I can look into/try or provide info about my mod list id be glad to! for reference my mod list is not to large and does not have any thing that alters the world/map to my understanding unless there are things within mods such as USSEP that might effect this.

      How long are you waiting? I'm not sure off the top of my head about the fish hatchery, but I believe the other items are all governed by the default vanilla respawn time, which should be 10 days, and you need to absent for that entire period. The respawn rules are discussed in this UESP article. If that still doesn't mesh with what you're experiencing, let me know and I can look into it further.
      For any area to respawn, you must not enter the area during the specified time period. Each time you enter the area, the respawn clock is reset.

      had gone to whiterun and waited 10 days as I read that to be the respawn wait time but noting, fish hatchery seemed relatively quick when working 3 days max never kept track of it when it started working

      If possible, could you please travel to an interior cell, wait 31 days, and see if that makes a difference? Could you also please double-check that "Harvested Flags" is enabled in ScrambledBugs.json (it should be by default, but lets confirm it is)?

      Are you using any alchemy overhauls like Apothecary or CACO?

      That seems to have worked!! ill update on whether it remains working or not. I Checked harvested flags as well it is indeed set to true. I also do not have any alchemy overhauls or CACO. Thank you!

      Glad to hear that worked! 30 days is the longer respawn period used by some aspects of the game, but I'm still pretty confident the flora should be on the 10 day respawn. Next time, try waiting 11 days and see if that works; it be that you didn't wait quite long enough the first time.
