actually if you use 1.24 version of honed metal, this revoiced add-on is not needed anymore as the author has implemented whatever this mod does to the main mod itself. So this mod is obsolete if you are on 1.24
Re: porting SE mods to Oldrim, texture mods are fine (except for landscape textures afaik), but anything with an .esp has a different form & can't be backported. Since this mod is some relatively simple record edits, you might be able to open both mods in xEdit and copy over the edits from this one into the oldrim Honed Metal (would take some xEdit knowledge tho).
It feels bad when a mod meant to be immersive breaks your immersion. This patch certainly helps with that. However, I had to further edit most of dialogue lines to make them even more subtle to read. I'll leave the changes I made down here as suggestions for your consideration. Thank you for the good work!
Spoiler:
Show
"I am in need of your crafting expertise." -> "Can you craft something for me?" The original line sounds kinda smug, so I made it more ordinary. I also use the same wording from other lines to create a pattern.
"Are my items ready?" -> "Is my order ready?" I prefer this way because, if you order just one item, it still makes sense.
"Are you handy with a Tanning Rack?" -> "Are you handy with a tanning rack?" The IRL rules for capitalized letters should apply here.
"Could you upgrade my equipment?" -> "Can you temper my equipment?" I feel like "upgrade" isn't a fitting term for the medieval fantasy setting.
"Apologies, I need to cancel my items." -> "I need to cancel my order." Not every character would be so polite. Also, patterns.
"Cancellation fee. ($)" -> "Pay cancellation fee. ($)" It's important to add a verb to convey that an action is being taken.

Does this still work with Version 1.23?
