I am sorry, that's just too much work.. but feel free to provide your own translation, I'll upload it and credit you (or just post your own mod, even better!). To explain more, recently I've been thinking about my Requiem - Legacy of the Dragonborn patch, and I've decided I'm gonna make my own displays from scratch (Legacy devs really don't like if you're practically dismantling the whole mod, editing critical form lists, which you shouldn't ever touch etc). Still might do balancing patch that adjusts weapons and NPCs in the future.. but for now I'd rather focus on experimenting with new displays method and other mods. If there are no bugs in it, I consider it 'complete'.. for now ;)
Incompatible with Requiem 5.2.0. They removed the immunity to magickal draining effects from Fortify Health (Rank II) and replaced it with immunity to paralysis. This mod brings back that immunity.
Thanks for the report! I'll add it to the list of items to be fixed.. that will take some digging, ugh. By the way, wasn't stamina II providing immunity to paralysis? Were those two swapped? If yes, then much less work, as health + stamina II are occuring pretty often together.
They replaced the enchantment effect of Fortify Stamina (Rank II) with immunity to frost spell slow effects. They also removed the drain immunity from powerful healing aura on self/target.
i don't think 3bf-tweaks likes this, some potions right out the gate had no desc at all. just heads up y'all you'd need to sseedit an override patch to use this, for things that 3tweaks changes
Yep, I'll re-add the info about compatibility in the description so it's clear. Do not use with 3tweaks, that's why I put the old file on old files section..
I have no idea. But I'll look into updating it anyway, so stay tuned :) I think there's a chance it works out of the box, but I need to make sure first.

I think it should work, but don't have Skyrim nor xEdit installed to make sure. The only thing I can think of are unique items with more than 1 enchantment - if 4.0 changed magnitude of those, or effects used, it will use old ones. I'll update this anyway, once Requiem releases on SE.
Oh, they probably do round down, but I can take a look and fix it. Just gotta insert descriptions manually. Which version are you using btw? Requiem or 3tweaks?
EDIT: Found the issue. Record was technically correct but for some reason Skyrim refuses to display <0.75>, it has to be 0.75, so the number won't be bold as a side effect. I'll roll that in the next update.
