Just a heads up, you don't actually seem to need Unique Bows. Apparently this mod includes both the improved plugin AND all the assets. This doesn't seem to be intentional, but it is the case. So save yourself the hard drive space, download only this mod.
The unofficial SSE patch moves a piece of rubble so that it completely covers the chest containing the Dwemer Tool. As a result I have to use TCL to obtain it.
I don't know if this issue is present in the original mod as well. I'm reporting it here as I use your plugin.
Thanks, I always want to find artifacts around the world and the fact that in Skyrim we can create and enchant the most powerful items ourselves always bothered me.

If it's a piece of rubble then pretty sure I found it. Is it the bow in Mzinchaleft03 Gatehouse?
...something which I wrote before checking if you had updated the mod already...
