Removed crafting recipes for the artifacts and slightly nerfed the unique bows

Personal preference if you care about better balance and having the artifacts truly unique.
Unique Bow Collections is great, but the crafted un-enchanted versions were easy to craft and some were over powered... The unique artifacts scattered around the world are great, but I reduced their base damage by 3 as their enchanted effects are already very powerful and useful. Now these unique bows will have a more appropriate and balanced place in the world in line with other discoverable artifacts.
Feedback appreciated if you feel some of these bows are too weak or too powerful.
